Cost
If you have BCBS/Anthem we’ll figure out your part of the cost, your per session copay if there is one, ahead of our meeting. Most copays I’ve seen range from $5-$45 per session. I’ll keep a credit card securely on file and after each session I’ll send the claim to the insurance company and charge your card for the copay.
If you’re paying out of pocket, it’s $185 per session or $160 per session when you pay for 5 sessions at a time ($800). If you are unable to complete all 5 sessions, the remainder of your balance will be returned to you (minus a $25 processing fee). I take credit card, check, HSA funds, and most digital platforms.
Either way, the fee covers the 50 minute session focused on helping you feel better fast (and the time outside your session that I’m obsessively thinking about how to best help you. I can’t help it). It also covers, if you’d like them, follow up reminder emails of our conversations or reminders of thing you’d like to work on or remember to do. I know my days are often so busy that a well timed reminder of any sort goes a long way!
